All car rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This document outlines important terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations for the rental period. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in potentially dangerous activities. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden, as is exceeding passenger or weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the specified geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Huddersfield will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services.
